What the seminars are about:

It has never been easier to quit your job and make money at the races. That's because there are many races from many tracks to choose from. If you choose right, you need only play a race or two a day--or even a week--to make what you might make on a job.

Race veteran and racing columnist Ivan Bigg will explain race-playing techniques that have been proven to be the best bets for turning a profit. We will be playing actual races, Las Vegas style, from various tracks in the U.S. What bets are low-risk? What bets are high-risk? You'll find out. You put up $10 and Assiniboia Downs will match it--so you have $20 to begin.

This will be a two-day seminar--on the last two Saturdays of October. Assiniboia Downs will match your $10 both of those nights. Why is Assiniboia Downs doing this? To prove to you that serious play CAN turn a profit. The timing of these seminars is important, too, because the biggest days in racing, the Breeders' Cup World Championships, take place on the weekend following the second seminar.

Attendance will be limited so hurry. This is open primarily to new players or those who have been playing the races for fun but are seriously committed to turning fun into profit.

The sessions will last to about 8:30 p.m. each night. Refreshments will be served.
