It's easy. Come to Assiniboia Downs or go to an off-track betting location listed below and make a deposit. The amount is up to you. You will be given an account number. You pick your own personal identification number (PIN) which will identify you when you're making your bets. (Must be at least 18 years old to open an account.)
Now you're ready to bet the races on the phone.
Make bets by calling 885-9800. You will be asked for your account number and your PIN (personal identification number).
