HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
Anyone who is at least 18 and a resident of Manitoba may open at telephone betting account. To do so, sign up and make a deposit at the track or at an off-track faciliity. That's it. You will be given an account number and you choose an identifying number. Then you're ready to place bets by calling 885-9800.You may make withdrawals at the track or at an off-track location.
