Tonight is the fourth and final Tuesday night of live racing--which means backyard paradise giveaway time! AND IT'S ALSO YOUR FINAL CHANCE to get into my Guess the Handle contest. It ends this week. So get involved--$250 is at stake! Good luck!
GUESS THE HANDLE: You know the routine: Predict the combined handle of tonight's and tomorrow's live races and email your prediction to theinsider@assiniboiadowns.com by 6 p.m. tonight (Tuesday). The entrant who comes within $1,000 without going over gets $200 plus a $50 bonus if he/she is at the track Wednesday night when the announcement is made.
Hint: There are eight races each night. Last week's combined handle was $368,000.
TONIGHT'S HIGHLIGHTS: This is also your last chance to get into the draw for a beautiful backyard barbeque and gazebo-type ensemble worth $2,000. THE DRAW TAKES PLACE TONIGHT! There are toonie treats, too, and happy hour bar prices all night. And $100 to win or place on your prime plays tonight automatically gives you $105 in bets.
The best seat in the house to watch the races, of course, is in the Terrace Dining Room where you can dig into an all-you-can-eat Prime Rib buffet for $24.95. Still room left.
